Whole-body electromyostimulation (WB-EMS) has emerged as a supportive technology in aesthetic medicine, particularly within integrated and multimodal treatment protocols. Conditions such as cellulite and lipedema present complex pathophysiological mechanisms involving adipose tissue dysfunction, microcirculatory impairment, connective tissue alterations, and functional limitations, which often require combined therapeutic strategies for effective management. This abstract presents clinical perspectives on the structured incorporation of WB-EMS into aesthetic medical practice as part of combined protocols for cellulite and lipedema. The approach is based on controlled clinical application of WB-EMS under medical supervision, emphasizing appropriate patient selection, safety parameters, and therapeutic positioning of the technology. WB-EMS was integrated as a complementary modality alongside treatments targeting adipose tissue, skin quality, and lymphatic and metabolic support, with the objective of enhancing overall therapeutic response and treatment adherence. Clinical observations demonstrated that the inclusion of WB-EMS contributed to global muscle activation, improved functional capacity, and circulatory support, facilitating better tolerance and continuity of care within multimodal protocols. In cases of cellulite, WB-EMS supported tissue structure and optimization of aesthetic outcomes when associated with targeted procedures. In individuals with lipedema, its use favored functional engagement, adherence to treatment plans, and maintenance of long-term therapeutic strategies. WB-EMS represents a strategic adjunct within contemporary aesthetic medicine when applied judiciously and in combination with other therapeutic modalities. Its integration into structured protocols for cellulite and lipedema supports not only aesthetic outcomes but also functional improvement and organization of care, reinforcing the value of multidisciplinary and combination-based approaches in clinical practice.
